Since much environmental and spatial data are already available from public agencies, accessing the data saves time and money, while assuring consistency. With GIS we are able to collect and store geographically referenced data about environmental features of property for our clients.

The Accuracy of GPS
Using Global Positioning Systems (GPS) we can delineate and map environmental and cultural features with one trip to the site. From wetland delineations to wildlife territories, we are able to produce maps with sub-meter accuracy that streamline decision-making for everything from permitting to land management.

The Big Picture
We are also able to collect up-to-date information by aerial photography and photographic interpretation. With custom-flown aerial photography, we can provide geo-referenced orthorectified imagery. We register the aerials to the earth, remove distortions due to camera tilt and terrain relief, and “stitch” the photo together to create one digital image. Using professional survey services and orthorectification of aerial photographs, we can provide detailed topography and elevation for use in site design and planning.
